What To Expect

Evaluate

We do this over the phone by doing a thorough intake call. During the call, we’ll gather info about your family dynamics, routines, and goals. Once we gather this information it’s now time for us to develop a plan. We work hard behind the scenes to create a custom sleep program for your family.

Coaching

Stockholm Doulas visits your home for 3-7 days, guiding you through each nap and bedtime. We provide support to help you understand the process and overcome any challenges. With a Certified Sleep Coach, setbacks become valuable learning opportunities, and getting back on track is a core part of our program.

Follow up

When we leave your home your baby will be sleeping 11–12 hours a night. They will be waking up rested, and so will you! Over the next 30 days you may experience setbacks. That’s what we’re here for. We offer email and phone support, helping you navigate the changing needs of your growing little one. You’re not alone in this once we leave. We’re here with you every step of the way.
